La Dorée was born in a small atelier on Rue de Rivoli, where Master Étienne Duval first perfected his grandmother's croissant recipe. Three generations later, we still begin before sunrise — butter laminated by hand, cream whipped to order.
Our philosophy is simple: use the finest ingredients, honor the process, and never compromise. Every pastry leaving our kitchen carries the weight of that promise.
